Expert judgment
Name a profession.
We will find them.
Surgeons and school teachers, pilots and plumbers. We find people who do the job well, check their credentials and capture how they think.
If a model has to do a job, we find the people who do it well and capture their judgment.
A job title is not enough. We match specialty, seniority, market and language to the problem you need solved.
- 170M+ reachable people and 30,000+ local recruiting partners for hard-to-find cohorts.
- Credentials checked in a live voice and video interview before the first task.
- Every session reviewed: automated consistency checks, then trained annotators.
Any profession
Nurses count.
So do mechanics.
For a model, anyone who does a job well is an expert. Physicians and litigators, but also teachers, caregivers, drivers and homemakers. If you can name the job, we can recruit for it.
Three ways to capture judgment
Explaining it, doing it,
arguing it out.
On camera, in their own words.
Everyday people and experts each hold knowledge no one else has: what they prefer, why they chose it, how they would do it. They explain it to us on camera, in interviews and on tasks you design, and we deliver the recording with transcripts and profile context.
The real thing, recorded.
Plenty of work falls apart when someone acts it out for a camera. So, with everyone's consent, we record real sessions as they happen: a doctor with a patient, two lawyers on a contract, a mechanic mid-repair, a parent doing the laundry. Audio, video and screen, captured together.
Physical AI. First-person video from head-mounted cameras and smart glasses, hands and tools in frame, in real homes and workplaces.
An expert panel, on demand.
Some questions are hard enough that one expert is not enough. When you are pushing a model past the edge of a vertical, we convene several specialists to work the case together, argue it through and agree the best answer. You get the verdict, the reasoning and the disagreement along the way.
Scoping
What goes into a brief.
- The people. Profession, specialty, seniority, market, language and any required qualifications.
- The task. Questions, input material, the response you expect and how it will be judged.
- The delivery. Recordings, responses, reasoning, labels, contributor profiles and agreed metadata.
- The checks. Every expert is interviewed on voice and video before the first task, and credentials are checked in that conversation. Each session then gets automated consistency checks and review by trained annotators.

Which professions do you cover?
Any profession you can name. The ones on this page are examples. Recruitment is scoped to your domain, seniority, market and language.
Do experts have to be high earners?
No. For a model, anyone who does a job well is an expert: teachers, nurses, mechanics, drivers and homemakers included.
Can we buy existing expert data instead?
Yes, where the material exists and the contributor can authorize its use. It is priced separately from new collection.
